The 19th Annual General Meeting of the UK-CARE
The protection and conservation of the environment and natural resources have become vital for future human generations. Since this is the common goal of both developed and developing countries, international multidisciplinary collaborations are necessary to ensure mankind sustainable development. It is crucial to identify factors or processes affecting the conflicts rising between the environment and modern society across the EU and China, two of the largest economic entities in the world.
The UK China Association of Resources and Environment (UK-CARE), founded in 2000, is a non-profit international organisation with long-term missions providing a platform to promote the collaboration between universities, research institutes and industries both in the UK/EU and China. By aiming at providing the best platform bridging academia and industries, research and innovation, technologies and markets, UK-CARE launches the 1st International Conference on Environment and Resources (the 19th Annual General Meeting of UK-CARE), it will be held at the United Kingdom during the early October 2019.
This conference is a great opportunity for researchers and industries in the UK/EU and China to share their latest findings and networking for future collaborations in research, technical innovations, funding applications and business. It will include academic and business presentations, networking and recruiting receptions, thereby promoting the interactions between science and business. Famous scholars will be invited to provide keynote presentations during this event. A two-day field trip will be organised after the conference, depending on the number of participants. Special issues of relevant journals will be arranged for the outstanding studies of the conference delegates.
UK-CARE as the leading organiser of the conference is calling for themes of this conference and visiting places for the field trips after the conference.
